Roles and Responsibilities – AR Executive
- Contact insurance payers to resolve claims (denial & non-denial)
- Review claims through PMS and internal systems
- Work on payment posting, adjustments, and self-pay resolution
- Identify process gaps and improvement areas
- Follow SOPs, workflow documentation, and issue logs
- Attend training sessions related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Investigate complex patient account issues
- Analyze accounts that do not require calling and resolve logically
Skills Required

- Basic computer knowledge
