Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring freshers for the Trainee role across PAN India. This opportunity is exclusively for MBA and Management postgraduates from the 2026 batch.

Eligible Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing or completing a 2-year full-time:

• MBA / MMS / PGDBA / PGDM

Specializations accepted:
Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, General Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, or related fields from a recognized university or college.

Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Score: Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in Class 10, 12, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation, and Post-Graduation

• Graduation Background: Any graduate degree is eligible

• Backlogs: Up to 1 backlog allowed during the selection process. No backlogs at the time of joining

• Education Gap: Maximum overall gap of 24 months (must be declared and documented)

• Course Mode: Only full-time courses are accepted

• Open Schooling: NIOS candidates are eligible if Graduation and PG are full-time

• Work Experience: 0–2 years (must be declared with documents)

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years

Test Details

• Test Provider: TCS iON

• Mode: In-centre (first-come, first-serve centre allotment)

• Duration: 90 minutes

• Sections:

  • Verbal Ability

  • Numerical Ability

  • Business Aptitude
