Roles & Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of EMR, EHR, authorization forms, and HIPAA

Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and confidentiality

Handle incoming requests via mail, telephone, or fax as required

Retrieve, scan, and process medical records accurately

Transmit completed requests as per defined procedures and quality standards

Maintain productivity and compliance with client requirements
