Job Description
Virtusa is hiring KPO Analysts for projects based in Hyderabad and Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities

Use web platforms effectively and stay updated with new digital mediums
-
Apply analytical thinking with strong attention to detail for ad content creation
-
Review advertisements and search-related content
-
Prepare ad content and creative materials
-
Classify search content as per client guidelines
-
Review client-provided content and suggest edits or comments
-
Review landing pages and home pages
-
Check quality and accuracy of advertising content
-
Ensure published content is non-offensive and complies with copyright laws
Skill Set
-
High proficiency in written and verbal English
-
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
-
Good understanding of internet usage and web platforms
-
Knowledge of how Google Search works
-
Strong online research and keyword-searching skills
Salary Package & Shift Details

Freshers CTC: ₹2.11 LPA

Service Agreement: 14 months (applicable only for freshers)

5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs per week (projects run 365 days a year)
Important Notes (Interview Process)

L1 and L2 interviews will be conducted online

Candidates selected in L1 and L2 must visit a Virtusa office (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, or Gurugram) for the Versant test and HR discussion
