Analyzing assigned Accounts Receivable (AR) and resolving them through calls and analysis
Communicating with insurance companies to resolve claim denials and payment issues
Identifying trends and patterns in denials, billing errors, and submission issues
Meeting defined SLAs for productivity and quality
Following established policies and procedures and staying updated with process changes
Updating call outcomes and analysis clearly in the billing system
Improving performance based on feedback from quality and reporting managers
