Eligibility Criteria

Data Process (Non-Voice):

Candidates selected for data roles will be responsible for:

  • Handling data entry and validation tasks
  • Conducting website research and navigation
  • Reading and interpreting content accurately
  • Managing outbound calls when required
  • Handling multi-tasking between data and voice
  • Maintaining process accuracy and documentation
  • Working in a 24×7 environment including night shifts

Voice Process Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through voice and email
  • Provide solutions professionally and courteously
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Work with internal processes and guidelines
  • Maintain ethical conduct while handling sensitive data
